As everything on this site is made to order goods cannot be returned unless faulty, this is in compliance with the distance selling regulations for customised and personalised items.
By purchasing from this site you are agreeing to the terms & conditions written on this page.
Once you have placed your order I cut them out and stitch any embroidery ready and quite often have to order supplies in ready to make them. I also have a very full order book at all times so have to refuse some orders as I cannot fit them in.
For this reason I am not able to refund any orders once placed.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Check all details are INCLUDING delivery address given. I cannot be held responsible if any part of your address given is wrong and your order is sent to the wrong address. If a wrong address is given the parcel often ends up in the returns centre in Ireland where it will be destroyed. I cannot refund if you make a mistake with your address. This is why I ask you to check your details in the confirmation. If a mistake has been made call or email ASAP and I will amend your details on your order form.
If I have made a mistake I will gladly refund or replace your order.
All goods are checked carefully before posting.
All personalised goods are photographed before posting.
Any mistakes made by myself must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods and must not be AFTER the wedding date.
Please check all the details, spellings and colour choice when making your order.
Personalised items cannot be altered once made if you have made a mistake with the details you have given me.
The font for embroidery may need to be a different style where the names or date are too long in the font shown as I can only embroider so many letters across.
If you need a specific colour match then please order the fabric samples before ordering to ensure you are happy with your colour choice. I do offer free samples after you have placed your order because I want you to be 100% happy with your colour choice so if you have any doubt on the colours stated request samples.
I reserve the right to photograph all orders and use them on my web site and all social media.
Please check your size requirements before ordering.
Garters are made a standard size but can be made to order in an extra small or extra large size. Just let me know when placing your order.
Ring cushions are generally 9" square. I do have some listings in a smaller size and I have stated the size on these listings.
If you would like a different size made up just let me know.

If you need an order before the time given then please email or phone me first to make sure I am able to make your order up and post it out in time.
I always do my best to post urgent orders out ASAP but you must contact me first. I cannot be held responsible for orders that are not received in time because you placed your order too late or have failed to inform me of the wedding date.
Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once placed because you have not read the delivery details.
All orders are posted by 2nd class but please be aware that delays within the postal system do happen and which are beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the post office but I will do all I can to help. I always obtain a postal receipt for every order posted.
Any parcels returned to me due to non delivery or non collection from a sorting office will be subject to postal costs to resend.
If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel it will be taken to your local sorting office. I cannot be held responsible for any non collection of parcels.
LOST ITEMS- Royal Mail do not deem an item missing until 15 working days. If your order has not arrived by this time please let me know.
When you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your delivery address details on, please double check you have given me the correct address details as I cannot replace or refund if you have given me the wrong address.
Next day delivery/Urgent orders
There is the option on site to upgrade your order to be posted out by next day delivery once your order is made.
This is strongly recommended if you need your order in a hurry. If you choose 1st class postage for an urgent order which does not arrive in time your order cannot be returned. If you do not choose special delivery and choose 1st class you do so at your own risk.
International buyers – please note:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to reach you once your order has been posted.
Once posted I will track your order until it reaches you. If you are not in to take delivery please arrange a redelivery. I will assist as much as I can but cannot contact your local delivery office. I will supply you with the tracking number and delivery company details where possible. It is important that you arrange redelivery before it gets returned to me, as I cannot be held responsible for this and as such will not refund delivery costs or refund your order.
